Deltran Authorized Reseller Terms & Conditions

1.    Marketplace Sales Restriction

By becoming a Deltran Authorized Reseller, you acknowledge and agree not to sell Battery Tender® or Hyperion® products on any online marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This restriction is in accordance with the agreement you signed to qualify as an Authorized Reseller.

2.    Sales to Authorized Entities Only

Deltran Authorized Resellers are prohibited from reselling Deltran products to any entity not approved as a Deltran Authorized Reseller. This includes e-commerce retailers, warehouse distributors, or any retailer, regardless of the number of locations and annual purchases.

3.    Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (UMAP) Policy

As an Authorized Reseller, you must also adhere to our Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (UMAP) policy.

4.    Agreement Compliance

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may lead to the termination of your status as a Deltran Authorized Reseller. It is your responsibility to ensure your ongoing compliance with our policies.

By continuing to sell Battery Tender® and Hyperion® products through Deltran, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
