Q: What shipping options are offered?
A. Deltran can ship via our preferred LTL or Parcel carrier(FedEx) and bill you at time of invoice. If you wish to ship on your own account you can provide a UPS or FedEx account number along with billing address for parcel shipments. For LTL shipments provide the preferred carrier and billing method (collect or 3rd Party).
Q: When will I receive my order?
A. Order processing times are 3-5 business days of order receipt. Shipping confirmation, containing tracking and carrier will be emailed, once the order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of email notice.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Prior to initiating a return please contact returns@deltran-global.com for troubleshooting. If product is deemed defective an RMA will be issued.
